Our company was established to make the most of a family business which has been producing woodworking machines for Hungarian carpenters for three generations. In addition, we introduced SCM products from the world's best-selling manufacturer of woodworking machinery to the Hungarian market. We aim to help realise our customers' dreams cost-effectively and, above all, by ensuring installed machines align perfectly with production processes - as if they had been there all the time.

As employees of Anest Zrt., we understand the everyday operations of a Hungarian woodworking plant. We do everything we can to ensure our machines operate without interruption.

Anest has the biggest stock of spare parts in Hungary. We continually keep stocks of the most popular machines and the spare parts required to keep CNC machines of great value in production.

Our 800m2 headquarters in Göd await visitors with showrooms and a sharpening and maintenance workshop. Our stock system was established with the help of SCM using the "just-in-time" principle, an effective stocking, delivery and cost management system for thousands of parts.

We are committed to innovation, but also value our traditions and roots. We are proud of being partners to the Hungarian woodworking industry since 1950. For this reason, we continue to occupy the building bought by our founder - a sign of continuality, reliability and stability.

Our company has put together a complete range of equipment and tools, from small machines for workshops to fully automated machine lines for industrial plants. Regardless of their size and brand, our products stand for quality, embody environment friendly technologies and all comply with the European Union's highest safety standards.

The producers we work with - mainly the Italian SCM GROUP, for whom Anest Zrt. is the sole distributor in Hungary - are at the forefront of innovation in the woodworking industry.


Service = duty

The word service comes from the Latin "servitium", to provide assistance as a duty (the word was closely linked to slavery). These days, this meaning may have changed and many people think this expression is outdated in a world of freedom and independence, but the original meaning of the word should be kept in mind.

Anest service is fully dedicated to your needs as well as the values of the company. All of our innovations and changes aim to provide a level of service to our customers that is higher than ever before.

Providing a high quality of service is challenging and full of responsibility, but it is hugely rewarding. Challenging because we are needed when there is a problem, when a machine brakes down - and machines always break down when deadlines are tight. In this case there is solution that can come fast enough. Full of responsibility because whether we are installing a new machine or repairing an old one, many people's work depends on us.

Hugely rewarding because the delivery of a new machine is always a memorable occasion in any plant or workshop. We can be part of the arrival of a new "associate", we can explain how it works and how good maintenance pays off. If a problem is solved, it is good to see the relief in the eyes of our customers when production is resumed.

Good service means reacting quickly and decisively to the demands of partners. In other words, understanding customer needs and issues and putting experienced employees to work. We provide a fully integrated service combining technical expertise with the right tools and know-how - effective problem-solving at the right price. In short:

Let’s take a look at how the Anest service is expanding, what have we achieved already and the directions we are taking.

Anest has 17 employees, 11 of whom deal with maintenance and installation of machinery, as well as sharpening and managing of stock. All our technicians drive around the country with the right tools to do repairs on site. Most of our colleagues speak a foreign language (English, German, Spanish and Slovak).

Of course, all of them use mobile phones, and CNC technicians have their own laptops. We deliver smaller equipment with a pick-up truck, or enlist the help of a partner for shipping larger machines. Our own stock is worth nearly Ft 40 million, ensuring the majority of spare parts needed are on hand. We also have a direct connection to the factory's stock database, allowing new supplies to be ordered quickly and easily. If required, the spare part can be delivered in one or two days.

We have carried out some 2,800 operations, including installations, warranty and out-of-warranty services and flat-rate inspections. In total, we have nearly 100 years experience in maintaining woodworking machines and our technicians travel around 400,000 kilometres every year. In spite of our experience, we cannot afford to rest. Technology is constantly developing and the demands and expectations of our customers is growing. Our customers are part of the ever-growing competition; they must produce good quality on a continuous basis. Put simply, if they cannot afford a longer delay in production or quality production tools, we must do everything we can to help. We can meet this demand only with continuous development.

We give increased attention to quality, not only because of ISO standards, but also to learn from our mistakes. All telephone maintenance calls are followed up with a customer satisfaction question and we always ask for feedback from our sales staff. Based on our error correction statistics, we have observed that training of operators allows production delays to be cut. That is why we already hold in-house training sessions to complement field-work. This has a particularly important role in the case of edgebanders - because one of the strengths of our machines' is their wide range of settings. This results in increased flexibility and versatility, but also requires a well-trained operator.

We have other developments that aim to increase service quality. One of the most important is Teleservice. From our base in Göd, we can access the electronics installed in CNC machines, identify the problem and refresh the software. Many of our partners have already used this service to resolve a production delay in a matter of hours rather than days. The demand for Teleservice is likely to grow, which is why we are specializing one of our colleagues in this area. He will also be available for remote assistance via telephone.

We plan to develop our stock further to respond to customer demands even more quickly. We are continually looking for Hungarian contacts that can offer us rapid delivery at a good price. We source bearings, electronic items, pneumatic parts and greases from domestic suppliers, for instance.

We also undertake an increasing number of machine renovations. First we check the working machine thoroughly and establish which parts need replacement before producing a detailed quote. If all the parts are available, we bring the machine to our base and refurbish it within two or three days, delivering it to the customer and reinstalling it when we are done. In this way, the machine only needs to be taken out of production for a few days.

Our base of our flat-rate customers is growing too. The machines work better and longer thanks to regular technical inspections, increasing reliability and cutting production delays. Regular site visits also allow us to refresh the knowledge of operators and answer any questions that may have arisen.

We are constantly striving to provide better service worthy of our status as market leaders in Hungary - and to meet the demands of our loyal partners.
